About Us

Who We Are

ID operates a structured support and contingency model. We aren't just a placement agency; we are a support system.
Our Services

Services

We support individuals become workforce-ready by offering tailored employment services that foster independence, confidence, and long-term success.
Volunteering
Build foundational social and cognitive skills through structured community involvement. Volunteering allow our candidates to build baseline stamina, establish consistent lifestyle routines, and practice workplace conduct in a low-risk environment. It serves as a vital stepping stone to assess functional capacity and prepare individuals for future workforce placement.
Job Placement
We connect vetted, employable candidates with businesses that engage in inclusive hiring across various sectors. We focus placement efforts on three main groups: work-ready graduates, stabilized group home residents, and adaptive individuals. Our unique safety-net model matches candidate skills to employer operational goals, eliminating hiring risks from day one.
Resume Writing
We support our candidates to write resumes that translate personal strengths and abilities into a professional profile tailored for inclusive employers. We highlight functional capacities, specialized vocational skills, and adaptive traits to align each candidate with the right sector. These resumes focus on showcasing stability and capability to match entry-level operational demands.
Job Coaching
Our coaches actively guide the candidate through workplace culture. This includes teaching appropriate social interactions with supervisors, coworkers and clients. Inclusion Direct provides off-site and on-site, hands-on staffing support to ensure success from the very first shift. Our professional coaches step into the workflow to break down complex business operations into small, manageable steps. We take the lead on onboarding, control the commute to guarantee early arrival, and manage the candidate's integration so employers don't have to.

OUR GOALs

Candidates & Families

We focus on three primary groups of employable individuals with developmental disabilities:
  • Work-Ready Graduates: High school graduates with the foundational social and cognitive skills for structured work.

  • Stabilized Residents: Individuals in group home settings who demonstrate behavioral stability and a low-risk profile.

  • Adaptive Candidates: Individuals with the stamina for a consistent schedule who may benefit from initial job coaching or sheltered environments.

The Contingency Coverage Model

Never worry about an empty shift; we have it covered.

To ensure Service Continuity, ID employs a backup system. If an individual is absent, an alternative candidate or an ID Support Staff member immediately assumes responsibility for the essential duties.

Integrated Disability Management (IDM)

We use a high-level accommodation framework to:
  • Reduce the impact of illness, injury, or tardiness on productivity.

  • Keep the individual attached to the workforce.

  • Eliminate the risk of job loss for the individual.

Support

Conduct & Accommodations

How we ensure success on the job:
  • Task Management: We break down complex tasks into small, manageable steps.

  • Safety first (Zero tolerance for substances).

  • Ongoing Support: Staffing support is present to help achieve daily goals.

  • Wellness Integration: We facilitate access to Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and assist with medication management for lifestyle routines to maintain productivity.

FAQ

  • What happens if an ID employee is unable to make it to their shift?

We operate under a Contingency Coverage Model. If an individual is absent, ID’s backup system is triggered. Either a designated alternative candidate or a member of the ID Support Staff will fulfill the duties of the role. Your operations continue without disruption, and your productivity remains a priority.

  • Will I need to provide extra training or supervision?

ID provides ongoing coaching and on-site staffing support. We take the lead in breaking down tasks into manageable steps for the individual. Think of us as your “inclusion partners” — we are there to ensure daily goals are met and the individual is properly integrated into your workflow.

  • How do you handle workplace accommodations?

We view our model as a high-level accommodation itself. Through Integrated Disability Management (IDM), we coordinate efforts to reduce the effects of tardiness or illness. We manage the “safety-net” aspects of their employment so you can focus on your business.

  • Is there a risk of high turnover?

Actually, our goal is the opposite. Our policy is designed to eliminate the risk of job loss. By providing EAP (Employee Assistance Programs) and medication management support for lifestyle routines, we help individuals remain stable, productive, and attached to the workforce long-term.

  • Who exactly are the candidates ID works with?

We find job placement for individuals with developmental disabilities who have been vetted for functional capacity. This includes work-ready high school graduates, stabilized group home residents, and adaptive candidates who have the stamina for a consistent work schedule.

  • How does ID ensure the quality of work?

Our Service Continuity policy is proactive. Because we provide a backup system (an Individual or ID Staff), the essential functions of the job are guaranteed to be completed regardless of the individual’s personal attendance or episodic periods of illness.

  • How does ID solve employee lateness?

To ensure punctuality, staff transport individuals to arrive early at their worksites. By controlling the commute, we reduce the variance that causes no-shows and late arrivals, allowing your business to maintain smooth operations and meet deadlines.
